Expertise

The main area of my research is the Danish National Survey of Dietary Habits and Physical Activity, including development and validation of methods for measuring physical activity, dietary intake and anthropometry in population studies. My PhD project is focused on relations between children’s dietary habits and physical activity and the assessment of dietary habits and physical activity in children. Till now, my advisory tasks have mainly been dealing with evaluation of products for sports nutrition.
