07/2014-10/2014         Researcher (Employees-Visitor) at LBNL at University of California in Berkeley. The research´s work focus on the evaluation and development of range-hood capture efficiency in airtight residential buildings.

01/2012-12/2014         Researcher at the ICIEE/BYG of Technical University of Denmark. My research activity mainly focuses on evaluating indoor thermal comfort in homes, office buildings, and commercial kitchen environments.  I´m dedicated to experimental studies, performed in climatic chambers, as well as on-field studies with human subjects, on evaluating the influence of the indoor environment on the occupants’ thermal comfort and wellbeing, and on energy-exergy concept for the built environment. Besides my research, I also enjoy contributing to the teaching activities for the courses taught at the ICIEE, on supervision of master and PhD projects, and on collaborating with guest scientist at ICIEE from all around the world.

2010-2012       Project Leader in ASHRAE RP1469 project “Thermal Comfort in Commercial Kitchens”, sponsored by ASHRAE, and done in cooperation with KNV-KEMA (California, US).

2009-2012       Post doc at the ICIEE/BYG at Technical University of Denmark.

2006               Junior expert engineer for Renewable Energy EU-project called “Energicamente”.

2006               Lecturer for the European project: “Efficiency Building Construction-Energy consumption in passive buildings-Energy Label of buildings“. Panormedil Institution for company in building construction, Italy.

2005                Lecturer and Tutor of practical tasks in “GIS and Technological networks”  and  in “Gathering procedures for the waste management systems”. Performed at the Secondary Technical School “I.T.G. Vincenzo Accardi”.
