Center for Systems Microbiology
Organisation profile

Education
Center for Systems Microbiology is involved in the education of students in Biotechnology at all levels from bachelor entry level to the post graduate level. Our focus is expecially on the Biotechnology Bachelor and Master programs in Medical Microbiology as well as our Ph.D. courses.
Research

The two main research focus areas of Center for Systems Microbiology (CSM) are Infection Microbiology and Systems Biotechnology. CSM hosts an instrument center which you can visit here.
CSM

Systems Microbiology at DTU combines expertises in bioimaging, molecular biology and microbial physiology with systems oriented approaches.
