Education

Acoustic Technology educates engineers within the fields of physical acoustics, electroacoustics, architectural acoustics, and sound and vibration at BSc, MSc and PhD level.

Together with Hearing Systems we offer the international Master's programme Engineering Acoustics.

Research

The research at Acoustic Technology is focused on generation and transmission of sound, passive and active noise control, advanced acoustic measurement techniques, transducer technology, room acoustic modelling and design, and effects of new building materials on sound transmission.
